TEXAS COMBINATION HUNTS

Marfa, Texas Hunts

Triple Creek has leased the exclusive hunting rights to a 12,000 acre ranch south of Marfa, Texas. The ranch lies just north of the Rio Grande and is home to mule deer, javelina, wild hogs and quail. (There are no whitetails on this ranch.) We will take no more than 4 hunters per year on this ranch to maintain trophy quality.

The deer season starts the Saturday after Thanksgiving and runs for two weeks. The season coincides with the start of the rut, so big bucks are sometimes found with the does.

Hunters stay in a comfortable motel or at the ranch in Marfa and all meals are provided. The noon meal is eaten at the house at the ranch headquarters.

Texas licenses are available over the counter and cost approximately $300.

The hunt includes:

  • One mule deer buck
  • One trophy javelina
  • Unlimited wild hogs
  • Quail hunting
  • Lodging and meals
