Guests must be paid for in full prior to a hunt.
ADDITIONAL EXPENSES:
All hunters must apply and pay for their own licenses through the Wyoming Game and Fish Department. In addition, hunters need a Wyoming Conservation Stamp.
The stamps are $22.50.
PLEASE BRING SOME CASH.
One of the processing plants does not take credit cards and you may need cash for other businesses. Not all places in Wyoming take credit cards.
MEAT HANDLING, PROCESSING AND TAXIDERMY:
We will take care of field processing your animal. Meat processing and taxidermy
(including the caping of heads for mounting) are the responsibility of the hunter.
We will haul the animals to the processing plant, but it is the responsibility of the
hunter to to pay for processing and/or shipment.
Even if you want to donate your meat, you will still need to pay for the processing
as required by Wyoming law. This will generally cost about $125.00 - $150.00
per antelope or deer. Elk will cost more. One of the processing plants does not take credit cards so please bring enough cash to cover processing and handling.
If you have questions about processing or taxidermy, please call and we will be glad to help.
REFUND POLICY:
No refunds will be given for cancelled hunts. NO EXCEPTIONS. All money is refundable if a license is not drawn. The refund will be mailed within 20 days of Game and Fish notification that the license draw was unsuccessful. If the license is drawn, no refunds will be given. License applications that are withdrawn by the client will not be considered an unsuccessful draw and Triple Creek Hunts will not refund your deposit / hunt. If you are on a combination hunt and unsuccessful in drawing one license but draw the other, a refund will only be given for the animal that you failed to draw. We will make no refunds or adjustments for late arrivals, early departures, no-shows or hunt cancellation.
TRIP INSURANCE:
We recommend you consider purchasing a trip insurance policy on your hunt. Should you need to cancel your hunt due to an unforeseen reason, you will not lose all you have invested in the trip. Trip insurance also protects you from damage or loss of your equipment as well as provides medical benefits and emergency evacuation coverage during your hunt, should they be needed.
